  • WDM USA launches webinar series

    WDM USA has launched a new series of live webinars to help deliver safer roads and save lives.

    The series, under the title “The Road Ahead” was originally devised for the International Safer Roads Conference. The sixth conference should originally have taken place in 2020, but was cancelled because of the Covid 19 pandemic. It will now be held in 2023.

    The Road Ahead webinars will be introduced by WDM USA’s Ryland Potter and feature high profile guest speakers, who will be looking at some of the tools available to help diagnose and treat the traffic safety issues that contribute to the 30,000 plus fatalities annually on US roads.

    America had been chosen as the location for the Safer Roads conference because US Road Deaths are unacceptably high and trending in the wrong direction: in addition to the 30,000+ deaths, there are 4.6 million injuries annually in the U.S.​
