A Smart Future
WDM USA joined more than 13,000 transportation professionals from around the world at the Transportation Research Board (TRB) 98th Annual Meeting in Washington, D.C.
The convention and exhibition, held from January 13–17, 2019, at the Walter E. Washington Convention Centre, covered all transportation modes, with more than 5,000 presentations in nearly 800 sessions and workshops.
The meeting program addressed topics of interest to policy makers, administrators, practitioners, researchers, and representatives of government, industry, and academic institutions.
Several sessions and workshops focused on the spotlight theme for the 2019 meeting: Transportation for a Smart, Sustainable, and Equitable Future.
W.D.M. Limited exhibited alongside WDM USA, promoting their equipment, including the SCRIM® road survey vehicle, which measures wet pavement skid resistance; the TM2 texture meter, which measures pavement macrotexture, and their survey services.
